When Chelsie first told me she was going to have a special surprise for Dio, I did not think it had anything to do with horses. She proceeded to tell me about a cultural dance, done atop a horse. That dance is what she intended to do. Planning the surprise was no small feat on Chelsie’s part. She had been going for lessons without Dio’s knowledge for a little bit of time. But the look on Dio’s face when she came riding in towards the venue… It was totally worth it for her.

There were a lot of moving parts that went into their wedding day, but at the end of it, it was an absolutely beautiful day. There were so many special moments shared between them and their families, and with each other.

They were married at The Springs Event Venue in Sperry (Tulsa), Oklahoma, on one of the hottest days of the year. Despite the heat, you couldn’t ask for a more beautiful day.
