As if their engagement session in Oklahoma City’s Martin Nature Park wasn’t cute enough, get ready for Kirstin and Joe’s adorable love story.

They met in high school in Chemistry Class (cue all the chemistry jokes). Their first date was working at an elementary school haunted house together. Joe’s mom and brothers were also zombies, of course. Joe’s mom smoothly introduced herself to Kirstin like they’d already known each other for ever, even though they hadn’t met! Apparently Joe had been talking her up. 😉 Kirstin brought this up to Joe, saying when she’s talked to her parents about him, she’d just referred to him as “a kid from school.” Joe quickly retorted, “Well you could call me your boyfriend.” They’ve been together ever since.

As an adorable side note, their first kiss was on 12/12/12.
