*Full Size Album (40 pages) - The Full Size Album is available in 10x10, 12x12, or 9x12. The investment for an album if ordered before wedding gallery delivery is 1800. If an album is purchased after wedding gallery delivery, the investment is 2500.
*8x8/8x10 Parent Album (40 pages) - This album is an add on to a full size album, and is a replica of the full size version. This album is available in 8x8 or 8x10 and is referred to as a Parent Album, as it is the perfect size/gift for parents/family members.
I limit my bookings to a few weddings each year to ensure the highest quality experience for each client. To secure your date, please select your preferred collection offering, and I'll send you a Client Contract and a Retainer Invoice.
The retainer fee is 20% of the collection total, due at booking and deducted from your total collection cost. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding. Please note, your date is not officially secured until both the signed contract and retainer payment are received, which must be within 1 weeks of issuing the contract and invoice.
I utilize both film and digital formats to capture your special moments, choosing the medium that best suits each scenario. In some cases I will capture an activity with both formats, while others I may choose just digital. This flexible approach ensures that every detail is preserved in the most fitting and beautiful way possible.
I use an online Gallery Host provider to house your images and video. This allows for easy downloading of both Web Size and High Resolution Images. The Gallery contains a print boutique for easy photo printing from my professional lab, however you are given print rights to print /share your images wherever you like! I’m a huge believer in printing your images, so you’ll occasionally receive some specials/promo codes to use in the Gallery Shop should you choose!
My delivery times vary depending on the type of session or event. For all portrait sessions, you can expect to receive your complete gallery within 3 weeks. For weddings, you'll receive a sneak peek gallery and highlights on Instagram within 5-7 days following the event. The full wedding photo gallery will be delivered to you within 8-10 weeks, allowing you to relive your special day in detail. On average, I deliver 100 images per hour of coverage.
Engagement Sessions can be adventurous, or in a familiar place you love. I recommend the session starting at least 2-3 hours before sunset. Engagement sessions can take place anywhere within 135 miles of the OKC Metro, however if the location of choice requires a fee, said fee will be added to your invoice total. (For example, places like The Philbrook, have a fee for shooting there.) While we definitely can venture outside of the state, travel also incurs additional fees.
Every year, I book a limited number of weddings to create the best possible experience from beginning to end for my clients. If you wish to move forward with the booking process, the next step will be securing your date by making it official.
How do we make it official?
When you tell me which collection you'd like to book, I'll send over a Client Contract & a Retainer Invoice. The retainer is subtracted from the Collection total and is 20% of the collection total. The booking contract and invoice is due within 1 week of being sent, and a date is not officially booked until the contract and retainer are received.
