It was 28 degrees outside, and I don’t remember being quite so cold in a long time. Mr. Winter was quickly making his way in on this Saturday in early November.
We started the engagement session by meeting at Fair Fellow Coffee in Tulsa. Chelsie and Dionicio (Dio), cuddled up to some coffee and hot cocoa before heading out to our main location of the session. Woodward Park is absolutely beautiful, full of tress, gardens, water, pathways, and conservatories. Chelsie shared with me how she wanted the colors of fall in her pictures, so this was the perfect backdrop for that. We worked our way around the park as quickly as we could, in between shots clutching on to the pocket warmers Chelsie brought (so wise of her!).
Despite the freezing temp, these two were absolute sports, which ultimately resulted in so many beautiful photographs of them. We joked together that the wedding will at least be much warmer, as July in Oklahoma is anything but cold.
